Selpro provides a complete after-sales repair and maintenance service for all products distributed, and maintains a comprehensive inventory of essential spare parts necessary to assist it in this important responsibility.

Selpro is licensed by the Hong Kong Police to deal in firearms and ammunition, is registered with the Hong Kong Trade & Industry Department as an importer of strategic commodities, and is a prominent supplier of law enforcement products to the Hong Kong Government.

Selpro has quickly established itself as a reputable and reliable supplier of quality law enforcement products. The company employs multinational, bilingual staff, and operates from a modern office, with a showroom and workshop, in Kowloon.

Selpro collaborates with specialist engineering, transportation, computer services and other professionals, who are engaged to assist the company, as and when required, for special projects.

Selpro is wholly owned and managed by Vince Pinto, an Australian citizen, who has lived and worked in Hong Kong continuously since 1981.

Vince Pinto is a Hong Kong Police authorised Firearms Instructor and Range Officer, an IPSC/IROA International Range Master and Instructor, a certified Glock® armourer and a member of IALEFI®.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) answered:

1. Many products we distribute are subject to strict trade licensing controls, so it's usually difficult (or impossible), for us to re-export to third countries unless the end-user provides us with the requisite supporting documentation.

2. For strategic or controlled products originating in the USA, the end-user is required to complete the applicable US Government forms. Similar documents must be prepared in respect of imports from European and other countries.

3. We do not quote prices on this website, nor do we maintain or distribute general price lists. All price enquiries are handled on a “by request” basis - please contact us.

4. We do not send catalogues, samples or loan units, except to qualified law enforcement end-users. However numerous product information files in Adobe® Acrobat® format are available for download from this website.

5. We are not normally in a position to appoint dealers in third countries unless we firstly obtain the approval of our manufacturer or principal.

6. A few “sensitive” law enforcement products which we distribute are not mentioned or depicted in this website. If you have a special requirement, please contact us.

7. Civilians purchasing our non-strategic products may remit payment to us by credit card through PayPal®, or by telegraphic transfer through our bankers. Contact us for details.

8. As our business is primarily geared towards governmental sales, and due to the large number of products on our books, we are unable to maintain stocks of all items, especially those with multiple sizes, colours or grades (e.g. footwear, headwear, body armour etc.).
